The mentoring program is called Making Disciples. This program enables present Searchlight members that exhibit godly character to mentor everyone that becomes a member of this church, both individuals and families. The goal is to help new members become stronger in their faith walk, thereby helping Searchlight Ministries develop into a stronger faith community and to help members to define and use their spiritual gifts.
